About Me.
I am Kennedy Feigle, Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor.

I help parents and kids navigate today’s real-world challenges—screen-time battles, school stress, big feelings, sensory overload, and the mental load that never seems to end. I’m especially attuned to neurodivergent families (including ADHD/autism), where executive function, transitions, and routines can feel like a full-time job. My style is warm, human, and practical: we’ll trade perfectionism for doable systems that fit your brain, your values, and your family.

With children, I use play therapy to support emotional expression, flexibility, and coping skills. Sessions are child-led and safety-focused, and I actively involve caregivers so progress in the playroom translates to home and school. When helpful (and with consent), I coordinate with teachers and other providers to keep support consistent. With parents, we build routines, boundaries, and communication tools that work to lower overwhelm and increase confidence.

I earned my graduate degree from the University of North Texas in 2020 on the Play Therapy track and have experience working with individuals across the lifespan—from early childhood through adulthood. I’m neurodiversity-affirming and grounded in evidence-based care delivered flexibly—never one-size-fits-all. If your family is tired of chasing “perfect” and wants support that actually works in daily life, I’d be honored to connect.
