About Me.
I graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. As a counselor, I act as a guide for my teen and adult clients towards personal growth and healing. My counseling style emphasizes empowerment, authenticity, and a collaborative & personalized approach to treatment. My counseling sessions are characterized by good humor, education, creativity, honesty, and kindness.
As an Adlerian counselor, I seek to help my clients explore behavioral and relational patterns, their sense of belonging, and relationship with their inner world. I specialize in working with members of the LGBTQIA+ and Neurodivergent communities. I am trained in Expressive Arts Therapy, Somatic-focused Therapy, Career Counseling, Trauma, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I specialize in Grief and Bereavement, Women’s Issues, Body Image & Self Esteem Issues, Life Transition Issues, People Pleasing & Codependent Tendencies, and Relationship Issues.
